PLP, UIN NEWS Online — In order to guarantee objectivity, transparency and accountability in the development, promotion and transfer of government employees in the UIN Jakarta environment, it is necessary to conduct Assessment activities for employees who have the required qualifications and competencies.

Ir. Yarsi Berlianti as Head of Division of Staffing and Legislation Organization, General Administration and Civil Service Bureau  UIN Jakarta, said “For the assessment material, OKP submitted fully to the UIN Jakarta Psychology Service Center which does have competence and reputation in conducting assessment activities . This is evidenced by the many agencies, companies and institutions that have collaborated with PLP in terms of the assessment of employees or employees “.

According to Yarsi, this assessment was carried out at the Psychology Service Center (PLP), Campus 2 UIN Jakarta, Jl. Kertamukti Pisangan Ciputat and divided into three categories, namely assessment of implementing staff impassing to administration, assessment of administrative staff employees and assessment for echelon IV officials who were carried out consecutively from Nov, 27-29 2018.

This assessment exam, which is held from 07.30 – 14.30 WIB, is very important as the main prerequisite for employee promotion. It is expected that all the results of this assessment can be a benchmark for the quality of each employee and become a reference material in the development, transfer and promotion of structural employees in the UIN Jakarta environment so that they are more advanced and achievers.
