Diorama Room, UIN News Online – Based on Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation (Permenpan-RB) Number 25 of 2016 concerning Implementing Positions for Civil Servants in Government Agencies and Minister of Religion Regulation (PMA) Number 12 of 2018 concerning Position Nomenclature Implementers for Civil Servants at the Ministry of Religion requires that UIN Jakarta make adjustments to the position nomenclature from general functional positions to executive positions.

In order to socialize the new policy, the Organization, Personnel and Legislation (OKP) section of the Public Administration and Personnel Bureau (AUK) UIN Jakarta held a Workshop entitled the Socialization of Executive Position Nomenclature Based on PMA Number 12 of 2018 on Friday (10/19) located in the Diorama Room, Campus I, UIN Jakarta.

This was stated by the Head of General Administration and Personnel Bureau (AUK) UIN Jakarta, Dr. Rudi Subiyantoro MPd in ​​his office, Building Integrated Administration Service Center, 2nd floor, Campus I, UIN Jakarta.

The workshop which was officially opened by the Head of the General and Civil Administration Bureau (AUK), Dr. Rudi Subiyantoro MPd, was also attended by the Head of the Planning and Finance Bureau Drs Subarja MPd, Head of the Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Cooperation Bureau Drs H Zaenal Arifin MPd, and all echelon three and four officials within UIN Jakarta.

In his remarks, the Head of the AUK Bureau conveyed the importance of this activity as a place to socialize the Minister of Religion Regulation (PMA) Number 12 of 2018 concerning changes in the nomenclature of executive positions.

“This workshop activity is very important and is expected to improve the quality of work and employee performance according to their expertise and be able to improve better welfare,” said Rudi.

Meanwhile, the keynote speakers in this activity were Drs Rois Solihin MAP (Middle Policy Analyst Deputy Apparatus Human Resources, Deputy Apparatus Human Resources, Ministry of PANRB), and Wildan Hasan Syadzili SThI MEd (Head of Organization Structuring and Position Analysis I). In his presentation, Rois emphasized the importance of changing the executive position nomenclature in the career development of each ASN. Meanwhile, Wildan specifically provides clarification regarding the classification of executive positions, the usefulness of the executive position nomenclature, the format of the executive position and the stages of the process of changing the nomenclature of the executive position.

It is expected that by the end of April 2019 later changes in the nomenclature of executing positions can be taken into realization. Hopefully the process of changing the nomenclature of the executive position can run smoothly and successfully towards UIN transforming into world class university (WCU). (usa)
