Bandung, UIN News Online – Rector, Vice Rectors, Deans, Deputy Deans and Heads of Institution in UIN Jakarta agree to realize work plans for 2019 fiscal year. The agreement was made by the signing of the Key Performance Indicator (IKU) module during the Rakerpim 2019 in Bandung, Saturday, (03/30/2019). IKUs will become the performance guidelines for faculties, institutions, units, and bureaus in UIN Jakarta throughout 2019.
Technically, the IKU itself contains four perspectives achievement targets, namely stakeholders, growth, financial, and internal process. The overall perspective contains 9 strategic objectives before being described in 10 performance indicators.
There are four performance indicators that are measured in the perspective of stakeholders, ranging from the number of nationally achieving students, international achievers, institutional service satisfaction, and program compliance. For financial perspective, its performance indicators include the revenues and budget absorption percentage.
Rector also added that the IKU achievement in faculty and institution also affected achievement of UIN Jakarta’s IKU in the level of State Islamic Higher Education Institution (PTKIN) throughout Indonesia. “Therefore, we hope that all parties can cooperate in realizing this IKU achievement,” said Rector.
Furthermore, The Chancellor added that all civitas can make various innovations for the development of UIN Jakarta while optimizing the effectiveness, efficiency and accountability of budget.
For information, IKU or key performance indicators is a measurement standard for units or institutions in realizing the strategic goals. In this case, each bureau, faculty, units and institutions in UIN Jakarta listed each IKU that wishes to be realized throughout the 2019 fiscal year. (usa)
