UIN Jakarta organized photography exhibition by Prof Dr Amany Lubis

Rectorate, UIN News Online -- UIN Jakarta, through KMF Kalacitra organized photography exhibition taken by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis titled “Mozaik Kehidupan - Alam, Budaya, dan Karya”. The exhibition was inaugurated directly by Rector Amany which on Wednesday (12/22/2021) at the Harun Nasution Auditorium, campus I of UIN Jakarta.

This event, which coincides  with International Seminar on the occasion of Mother’s day, aims to provide inspiration and information about various regional destinations in Indonesia, this exhibition also aims to show that photography is a work of art that captures a moment in time in its actuality.

According to Rector Amany, this exhibition tells about the Mosaic of Nature, culture, and arts. “Snippets of life, memories, and historical trajectories can be projected through photos,” said Rector.

There are approximately 80 photos displayed at this exhibition. In addition to the natural beauty of Indonesia, there are also photos from the Rector's international visits, such as the Nile in Egypt or the snow in America.

“Indonesia has magnificent nature, the masterpiece of God’s where millions of natural resources support the livelihood of the nation, we can capture it all through photography,” she added.
