Two Operators of UIN Jakarta Receive National Achievements

West Manggarai, UIN News Online – Two operators of UIN Jakarta, Gina Afriana and Ismail managed to record national level achievements as the best GLP (General Ledger & Reporting) Operators and the best Asset Operators in the work unit of the State Islamic Religious University, Directorate General of Islamic Education, Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag).

The two awards were given directly by the Director General of Islamic Education Muhammad Ali Ramdhani after the 2022 PTKIN Financial Report FGD event in West Manggarai, Wednesday (08/17/2022).

Responding to this achievement, Gina Afriana and Ismail, expressed their appreciation and gratitude. Both Gina and Ismail admitted that they did not know the assessment standards set by the Directorate General of Education. However, Ismail guess that the speed and accuracy in reporting assets and financial reports at UIN Jakarta are one of the key factors.

Gina and Ismail both agreed that this award is the achievement of the team's collective work and collaboration between units within UIN Jakarta. It is known that Ismail is an Analyst for Application and Management of Financial System Data at the Accounting and SIMAK-BMN Sub-Section, while Gina is an Analyst for Application and Financial System Data Management at the Financial Reporting Sub-Section, Accounting and Reporting Division, Bureau of Planning and Finance UIN Jakarta.

“This cannot be separated from the support of our colleagues, both at UIN Jakarta and the Directorate General of Education,” said Ismail and Gina.

Separately, Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting Division of UIN Jakarta Muhammad Noor admitted that he really appreciated the achievements of his two staff. “Hopefully this achievement will increase their motivation in devoting themselves to UIN Jakarta,” he hoped.

For information, as an Application Analyst and Financial System Data Management in the Accounting and SIMAK-BMN, Ismail is in charge of recording and reporting each asset, planning its procurement, including its elimination in all faculties and units. This task requires him to coordinate with other operators and policy makers in each faculty and unit.

Meanwhile, Gina, who works as Analyst for Application and Financial System Data Management at the Financial Reporting Sub-Section, has the task of recording, reporting, and evaluating the financial accounting system in all UIN Jakarta. Referring to UIN Jakarta as a PTN BLU, she is also responsible for financial reporting from both the APBN and the BLU budget. (zm/usa)
