The Best 137th Graduates of UIN Jakarta Announced during Open Senate Meeting
Harun Nasution Auditorium, UIN Online News — UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta continued its 137th Graduation Ceremony on the fourth day, held at the Harun Nasution Auditorium on Sunday (August 31, 2025). In this annual event, UIN Jakarta officially announced the list of honorable graduates from various faculties.
The Rector of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., emphasized in his address that the recognition of outstanding graduates is a form of appreciation for the hard work, discipline, and dedication shown by students throughout their academic journey.
“These outstanding graduates are the true face of a young generation that excels, upholds integrity, and is ready to support the society. We expect this achievement to inspire all UIN Jakarta students to continue striving for excellence," he conveyed.
In this graduation period, a total of 2,916 graduates were recorded, among whom several were recognized as the best graduates from various faculties within UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Ratumas Marshyanda Syahrani, from the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication Sciences in the Da’wah Management Program with a GPA of 3.96;

Arifah Kamilah from the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah in the Dirasat Islamiyah Program with a GPA of 3.91;

Rhisma Listya Margaretha from the Faculty of Health Sciences in the Nursing Science Program with a GPA of 3.98.
In her speech, Ratumas Marsyanda, one of the outstanding graduates, expressed that graduation is a tangible testament to the prayers, hard work, and sacrifices made over the years. The academic degree achieved is not merely a symbol but a reflection of perseverance, determination, and dedication to the pursuit of knowledge.
“Today is the real proof of our prayers, hard work, and sacrifices. This success would not have been possible without the prayers and support of our beloved parents. Today marks the moment when a degree is not just an academic symbol but a sign of struggle and steadfastness,” she shared.
On this occasion, she also emphasized the role of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta alumni as Muslim intellectuals equipped with both religious and modern knowledge.
“Let's prove that UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta alumni are more than meets the eye. For tomorrow, we will become the agents of change who are relevant, adaptive, and impactful to society and their surroundings, and ready to build a sustainable civilization in the era of the 5.0 industrial revolution while upholding and preserving the values of Islam as rahmatan lil ‘alamin,” she asserted.
As additional information, the fourth day of the 137th graduation ceremony included graduates from the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication Sciences (423 graduates), Faculty of Health Sciences (212 graduates), and Faculty of Islamic Studies (94 graduates).
