B. UKT Application Requirements

  1. Student Candidate must pass the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Entrance Test
  2. Access the UKT Process page through https://spmb.uinjkt.ac.id 
  3. Students read the UKT information and determination procedures in the form of:

  4. Log into UKT page by using entrance test number and date of birth
  5. Completing the student biographical data
  6. Student may choose the UKT Determination process
    1. Option A
      1. Student Candidate don’t need to fill the UKT form and don’t need to upload any UKT Supporting Data
      2. Downloading the Statement of willingness to pay UKT Group 7
      3. Uploading Statement of Willingness of Paying UKT Group 7 that has been duly stamped 6000 and signed by parent / guardian (jpeg format)
      4. Print the UKT Group results
      5. Pay the UKT by using entrance test number at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Bank Partners
    2. Option B
      1. Student Candidate is required fill out the online UKT form
      2. Upload the UKT support data (jpeg format)
      3. Download the completed UKT form
      4. Upload the UKT form that has been duly stamp 6000 and signed by parent / guardian
      5. Access the announcement of UKT Group Result on the “Login UKT Process and Announcement of UKT Group” menu by printing the UKT Group Result
      6. If you agree, pelase directly make a payment by using the entrance test number at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Bank Partners
      7. If you do not agree, If you do not agree, please do the UKT supporting data clarification process
      8. Student Candidate receive UKT clarification results, then make a payment by using the entrance test number at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Bank Partners
    3. Option C
      1. Student Candidate have been registered as cooperation program student of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta
      2. Access the announcement of UKT Group Result on the “Login UKT Process and Announcement of UKT Group” menu by printing the UKT Group Result
      3. Make a payment by using the entrance test number at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Bank Partners

C. UKT General Provisions

  1. Supporting data to be uploaded is as follows:
    1. Salary slip of both parents or Income statement from RT/RW which is known by the Village Head / Local Village Head.
    2. Family Cards (KK)
    3. Official relief letter (SKTM) / Kartu Menuju Sejahtera / Kartu Program Keluarga Harapan(if any)
    4. Student candidate residence photos, both inside and outside
    5. Land and Building Tax statement
    6. Electricity Account statement
    7. Vehicle registration documents (if any)
  2. Student Candidate only need to upload supporting data in accordance with the form that has been filled before
  3. The completed forms and the uploaded support data are the basis for conducting the UKT group assessment
  4. Both UKT Forms and support data cannot be filled and revised beyond the specified schedule
  5. The process of completing forms and UKT support data upload can only be done by online

D.  UKT Special Provisions and Sanction

  1. Student who do not fill out the UKT form and do not upload supporting data will automatically be entered to UKT Group 7.
  2. Student who are proven to be fraudulent in filling out UKT forms and / or falsifying UKT supported data shall be subject to the following sanctions:
    1. Will be defined as UKT Group 7(seven) students.
    2. and can not clarify the UKT.
  3. Student who do not carry out the UKT submission mechanism at the appointed time will be automatically defined as UKT group 7 students.
  4. UKT group revision submission can only be done by clarifying the UKT at specified time and place.
  5. UKT clarification is only possible for students who take the Option B.
  6. Student who have paid UKT, and then resigned as a student, cannot withdrawn the UKT payment that has been done previously.

F. UKT Payment Process

  1. Student need to access the UKT group announcement on the “Login UKT Process and Announcement of UKT Group” menu by typing the entrance test number and date of birth, then print the UKT Group Results.
  2. Student need to pay UKT according to the schedule set by UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta based on UKT Group by mentioning the entrance test number at the bank appointed by UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
  3. UKT payments may be made by Multibanking at the Bank as follows:

    1. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) through the counter at the nearest Bank BTN throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to Bank BTN Teller
    2. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 through ATM machines or the nearest bank BNI counter throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to Bank BNI Teller
    3. PT Bank Mandiri through ATM machines or the nearest bank Mandiri counter throughout Indonesia by notifying your Participant Number to Bank Mandiri Teller
  5. Student will receive proof of payment from the bank
  6. After making the payments, all re-registration participants are required to log into https://spmb.uinjkt.ac.id to check the biographical data, and then print the STATEMENT LETTER to be signed and brought when generating NIM.
  7. Students undertaking the re-registration process at the academic center, 1st floor of Integrated Administrative Service Building to gain Student Identification Number (NIM).

H.  UKT Clarification Procedures

  1. Online registration by logging in to the UKT document clarification section at the time of the Grouping announcement.
  2. Prospective students must come along with their parents / guardians to their respective Faculties.
  3. Prospective students and parents / guardians must bring the original UKT supporting documents
  4. Prospective students and Parents / guardians come directly on a predetermined date on the Clarification schedule according to the New Student Admission line (PMB).
  5. Prospective students and parents / guardians at the time of clarification must sign the minutes of UKT clarification document.
  6. Prospective students may access the UKT group clarification result on the specified date through “Login UKT Process and Announcement of UKT Group” menu.
