Rakerpim 2020 Will Discuss Performance-Based Work Programs

Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta is scheduled to hold leadership work meeting (Rakerpim) 2020 at the Aston Hotel, Bogor on February 9-11, 2020. The event, entitled “Penguatan Kualitas Kelembagaan dan Integrasi Sistem Informasi Menuju Rekognisi Global” will be attended by university leaders, faculty leaders, bureau heads, as well as central and institutional heads.

The Rakerpim chief executive Asep Saepudin Jahar to UIN News Online, Thursday (01/30/2020) said that the Rakerpim was an annual routine agenda of UIN Jakarta. The agenda discussed included evaluating 2019 performance, strengthening the 2020 program, and developing work program for 2021.

“We want this year's Rakerpim to be more productive and constructive for the progress of UIN Jakarta,” said Asep.

He also emphasized that the Rakerpim will discuss the implementation of the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of UIN Jakarta 2020-2004. Even for the 2021 work program, he said, the target will be more focused on the preparation of performance-based work programs.

Examples of performance-based work programs in the academic field such as writing scientific papers that will be published in reputable journals. Therefore, Asep hopes that the Rakerpim participants follow the discussed agenda according to the plan.

“I also hope that participants can also make productive contributions during the event,” he hoped.

As scheduled, the Rakerpim will not only discuss the four main agenda areas, namely academics, student and alumni affairs, human resource development, and cooperation, but also a presentation from a number of speakers, both local and international. (usa/ns)
