Outstanding students of UIN Jakarta receives Student Achievement Award (SAA)

Al-Jami’ah Mosque, UIN News Online – Hundreds of students received special gifts in early 2022. They received the Student Achievement Award (SAA) for their various achievements and innovations in various fields, at the regional, national, and international levels.

The award was symbolically given by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis to a number of student representatives at Al-Jami'ah Mosque after the 76th  Hari Amal Bakti (HAB) ceremony on Monday (01/03/2022).

Also present in the event, Chairman of University Senate Abuddin Nata, Senate Secretary Armai Arief, Vice Rector for General Administration Ahmad Rodoni, Vicde Rector for Student Affairs Arief Subhan, Vice Rector for Cooperation and Institutional Development Lily Surayya Eka Putri, and the Chairperson of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Fauziah Ahmad Rodoni.

“I would like to thank the students who have achieved various accomplishment according to their respective capacities. This achievement means a lot to the development of the UIN Jakarta,” said Rector Amany in her speech.

On the other hand, the Chancellor advised the students to pay attention to their studies so that they can finish their studies on time. “You must be able to complete a maximum of eight semesters of study,” she added.

In addition to the SAA award, UIN Jakarta also provided assistance to at least 100 orphans from various orphanages in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang. (usa/ns)
