FEB UIN Jakarta Focuses on International Accreditation

FEB, UIN News Online –  The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Jakarta is preparing to carry out international accreditation through the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIB). This accreditation is carried out to improve FEB's status as a faculty with international standard study programs.

This was conveyed by the Dean of FEB UIN Jakarta, Amilin, to UIN News Online recently. According to Amilin, FIBAA's international accreditation is in line with various international collaborations built in accelerating the internationalization of FEB UIN Jakarta.

“Along with various international collaborations, we are preparing FIBAA international accreditation in the context of internationalizing FEB UIN Jakarta with its various study programs,” said Amilin.

Amilin explained, there were six study programs that were proposed to be accredited by FIBAA. The details are Management Study Program, Accounting Study Program, Economics and Development Study Program, Sharia Banking Study Program, Sharia Economics Study Program, and Sharia Banking (Doctoral Study Program).

“While the Islamic Banking master program and Islamic Economics master study program will be visited by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business and Accounting this September,” he said. (zm/usa)
