Jakarta, UIN News Online – In order to support the bureaucratic reform, especially related to management and governance positions, Organization of Personnel and Legislation (OKP) sub-division, AUK Bureau of UIN Jakarta conducts comparative study visit to the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) headquarters at Cililitan, East Jakarta, Tuesday, (03/06/2018).
This was conveyed by Sub-division head of Organization and Governance (ORTALA) UIN Jakarta Yunas Konefi SH MSi to UIN News Online in her office, Wednesday, (03/07/2018).
According to Yunas, this comparative study is motivated by the willingness of OKP UIN Jakarta to implement ASN management in UIN Jakarta environment based on government regulations.
Comparative study team, was welcomed by Director for ASN Position of BKN Dr Herman MSi, accompanied by his technical team.
Herman in his presentation said that according the Law No. 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus (ASN), ASN management entirely uses merit system, there are 4 main indicators namely qualification, competence, performance, and non-discriminative.
“This system is expected to provide This system is expected to assure the quality of work and performance as well as career design of the ASN,” he said.
This comparative study is very beneficial for UIN Jakarta, because there is a lot of information that can be obtained regarding ASN’s position based on the latest regulation as a foundation of bureaucratic reform in UIN Jakarta. (usa)
