University Senate Holds Commision Chairman Election for the 2017-2019 Period

Senate Office, UIN News Online – Due to the expiration term of the university senate chairman and secretary commission which will end at May 2017, the university senate holds the election for the chairman and secretary commission. The election was held in the second and third weeks of April, 2017.

This was conveyed by the Secretary of Senate UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Suwito MA when met by UIN News Online team in his office at Harun Nasuntion Main Auditorium Groundfloor, Monday, (5/29). According to Suwito, the senate meeting elected a number of officers who was approved to serve as the university senate chairman and secretary commission.

Prof. Dr. H. Zainun Kamaluddin Fakih MA and dr. Femmy Nurul Akbar, Sp.PD, KGEH are elected as the Chairman and secretary of Education, Teaching, Human Resources, and Study Program Development Commission. Prof. Dr. Armai Arief M.Ag and Prof. Dr. Lily Surraya EkaPutri, M.Env. Stud  are elected as the chairman and secretary of Research, Scientific Publication, Community Outreach, and and Inter-Institutional Cooperation Commission.

Furthermore, for the ethical commission, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Gani Abdullah, SH and Prof. Dr. Hj. Amany B. Umar Lubis MA are elected as the chairman and secretary, As for the strategic planning commission, Prof. Dr. H. Abuddin MA and Drs. M. Tabah Rosyadi MA are elected as the chairman and secretary.

“This decision about the newly elected chairmen and secretaries has been decided by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA through Rector Decree Number 490, year 2017. Hopefully, they can carried out their duties and responsibilities for the sake of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta,” hoped Suwito. (usa)
