UIN Jakarta Rotates and Promotes the New Officials

Main Auditorium, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta rotates and promotes a number of officials in the rectorate, faculties, and Institutions, Friday, (9/22) at Main Auditorium, Campus I of UIN Jakarta. The inauguration led directly by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA.

In the copy of the Minister of Religious Affairs Decree Number 679 of 2017 on behalf UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Rector, mutations and promotion at the level of division head are:

  1. Yarsi Berlianti, previously served as Head of Academic Affairs Division, is now transferred as the Head of Organization, Personnel and Legislation Division. She replaces Suhendro Tri Anggono SAg MSi.
  2. Suhendro Tri Anggono SAg MSi, previously served as Head of Organization, Personnel and Legislation Division, is now transferred as the Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting Division. He replaces Drs Edy Suandi.
  3. Drs Edy Suandi, he is now transferred as Head of Academic Affairs Division, replacing Ir. Yarsi Berlianti.

Furthermore, based on the copy of the Minister of Religious Affairs Decree Number 679 of 2017 on behalf UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Rector, mutations and promotion at the level of Sub-Division head are:

  1. Ummu Baroat SAg MM. She is promoted as the Head of Student and Alumni Affairs Division, AAKK Bureau. She previously served as Sub-division Head of Agency Accounting and SIMAK BMN, PK Bureau
  2. Tata Taftadjani SE, is now transferred as Sub-division Head of Accounting, PK Bureau
  3. Amin Johari SAg MA, is now transferred as Sub-division head of Academic, Student and Alumni Affairs, Administrative section of the Faculty of Islamic Studies (FDI). He previously served as Sub-division head of general administration affairs of FKIK UIN Jakarta.
  4. Dra Ratna Mpd, is now transferred as Sub-division head of general administration of FDI UIN Jakarta.
  5. Helmi Halimatul Udhmah SSos MSi, is now transferred as Sub-division Head of PTAIS Development, AAKK Bureau. She previously served as Sub-division head of Academic, Student and Alumni Affairs, Administrative section of FIDK UIN Jakarta.
  6. Andalia Roza SPdI, is now transferred as Sub-division head of Academic, Student and Alumni Affairs, Administrative section of FIDK UIN Jakarta, she previously served as as Sub-division Head of PTAIS Development, AAKK Bureau
  7. Drs Gazali, is now transferred as Sub-division head of general administration, faculty of psychology. He previously served as Sub-division head of Academic, Student and Alumni Affairs Division, FKIK UIN Jakarta.
  8. Iif Fikriyati Ihsani SThI, is now transferred as Sub-division head of Cooperation, AAKK Bureau. She previously served as Sub-division head of general administration, faculty of psychology UIN Jakarta.
  9. H Andi Lala Lc, is now transferred as Sub-division head of general administration, faculty of psychology UIN Jakarta. He previously served as Sub-division head of Cooperation, AAKK Bureau.
  10. Drs Rahmat, is now transferred as Sub-division head of general administration, administrative section, FKIK UIN Jakarta. He previously served as Sub-division head of general administration, administrative section, FDI UIN Jakarta.
  11. Saeful Tasman SE, is now transferred as Sub-division head of Planning, Accounting, and Finance FISIP UIN Jakarta. He previously served as Sub-division head of Academic, Student, and Alumni Affairs FISIP UIN Jakarta.
  12. Abdul Basyir SAg, is now transferred as Sub-division head of Academic, Student, and Alumni Affairs FISIP UIN Jakarta. He previously served as Sub-division head of General Administration FISIP UIN Jakarta.
  13. Drs Saroni, is now transferred as Sub-division head of general administration FISIP UIN Jakarta. He previously served as Sub-division head of general administration FST UIN Jakarta.
  14. Dra Rusmayenni MSi, is now transferred as Sub-division head of general administration FST UIN Jakarta. She previously served as Sub-division head of Planning, Accounting, and Finance FISIP UIN Jakarta.

In his remarks, Rector said that both rotations and promotions are important aspect in public service bureaucracy.

“For those who get promoted, this is a new form of trust for you to be able to carry out the accountability function. As for the rotated, this is a refreshing process to keep your spirit in serving the public,” said Rector. (usa)
