To Increase International Publication, UIN Jakarta Issued Technical Instruction

Rectorate, UIN News Online -   To Increase SCOPUS based international publication, the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) UIN Jakarta issued Technical Instruction entitled  Bantuan Penyelenggaraan Konferensi Internasional dengan Prosiding Berindeks Scopus 2017 (2017 Scopus Indexed Proceedings Assistance for the International Conference Implementation).

“For those who interested, it is expected to coordinate with the officials from each faculty as soon as possible.”  Said the head of LP2M UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Arskal Salim GP MA in his office, Friday, (10/21).

LP2M and the Center for Research and Publication (Puslitpen) UIN Jakarta are trying to accommodate the needs for the research conducted by the academicians of UIN Jakarta by offering several research schemes which have specific purposes.

“Furthermore, for those who receive assistance is required to publish the research results, both in national journals and in journals of international repute.” Said Arskal.

He explained, the publication of scientific journals is one of the LP2M key performance indicators. As the outcomes of the research, the academicians are required to publish the results in order to increase their reputation as a researcher. One of the important stages in the process of publication is the dissemination of research results through seminars or conferences both in national and international levels.

He also added that the proposer for this international conference is a study program or department, faculty or institute and the centers that exist in UIN Jakarta.

“The grantee will be determinate through competition or the proposals evaluation and selection process.” He said. (mf/ika p/umar)
