The 105th Graduation Ceremony Will be Held on Weekday

Academic Building, UIN NEWS Online - The graduation ceremony will be different this time. If previously was held on every Saturday-Sunday, the graduation ceremony of the next graduation ceremony will be held on weekday. The change of schedule is done solely for efficiency because it is considered more cost saving.

According to the Head of Administrative Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Cooperation Drs Zaenal Arifin MPdI explained, the graduation day decision is taken after considering various factors. beside saving the budget, holidays can at least be used to rest.

"But the dominant factor is to save the budget" he said after chairing the preparation of the commemoration of Independence Day celebration of Indonesia at the Academic Building, Friday (08/11/2017). "If it held in workday is a routine office task. So, it’s efficient," he continued.

The upcoming 105th graduation ceremony, said the Bureau Chief, will be held for two days on 29-30 August 2017. Graduation is attended by 751 S1, S2 and S3 students from 11 faculties and graduate schools.

On the first day the number of new graduates who graduated are 376 students with details as follows; 173 students from Faculty of Science Tarbiyah and Teacher Training 76 students from Faculty of Shariah and Law, and 15 students from Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, and 44 students Faculty of Science and Technology, and 72 students from the Faculty Social and Political Science.

While on the second day the number of new graduates to be released as many as 375 people. With details as follows; 56 studnts from Faculty of Adab and Humanities, 11 students from Faculty of Ushuluddin, 51 students from Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Science, 31 students from Faculty of Psychology, 105 students from Faculty of Economics and Business, 94 students from Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, And 27 students from the Graduate School.
