The 103rd Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal held at Main Auditorium

Main Auditorium, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta held a rehearsal for the 103rd inauguration ceremony for 1096 graduates from all faculties and post-graduate school (SPs) of UIN Jakarta, Thursday (2/16) at Harun Nasution Main Auditorium, Campus I UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No. 95, Ciputat, South Tangerang.

The rehearsal is led by the Head of Academic Administration and Cooperation (BAAKK) Drs. H. Zaenal Arifin, M.Pd.I, Head of Academic Affairs Division Ir. Yarsi Berlianti, Subdivision Head of Documentary and Publication Feni Ariafiani, SH., MH, documentary and publication staff Eva Nauli Aprila Sm.HK and others.

The rehearsal was held to provide guidance and simulation for the graduate candidates. “The graduation ceremony will be divided into two sessions, on Saturday and Sunday. The rehearsals are held to keep things running smoothly,” said Zainal.

For Saturday, graduation ceremony will be held for the graduates from the Faculty of Ushuluddin (47 graduatees), Faculty of Economics and Business (116 graduates), Faculty of Sciences and Technology (102 graduates), the Faculty of Psychology (55 graduates), Faculty of Adab and Humanities (75 graduates), Faculty of Da’wah and Communication (133 graduates), and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (58 graduates).

On Sunday, graduation ceremony will be held for the graduates the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training (201 graduates), Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah (8 graduates), Faculty of Syari’ah and Law (48 graduates), Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (306 graduates), and 13 graduates from the post-graduate school.

Technically, the 103rd graduation ceremony is not much different from the previous graduation, which held only for a day. This is because the number of graduates reached 1096 people, not including parents or the guardian of students, then it decided to split the event for two days. “The ceremony is divided into Saturday and Sunday sessions in order to maintain the ceremonial quality and to provide excellent service for the graduates and the family.” added Zainal.
