Rectorate, UIN NEWS Online – To compensate the vision of UIN Jakarta towards The World Class University (WCU), the balance between administrative and academician employee qualities are necessary. It was said by the Head of Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (BAUK) Dr H Rudi Subiyantoro M.Pd in his office after he inspected the condition of the elevator in the faculties.

“The competency between the administrative and academicians must be balanced so that the ideals of WCU can be implemented according to the plan,” he said.

If there is an imbalance, he explained further, and it will become an obstacle to the ideals of the university to realize the WCU.

“What we worry about is when the academicians have been high as the sky and leave the administrative employees behind, so that no matter how good the plan was, it would be hampered to be translated according to the existing concept.” He explained.

To anticipating such conditions, he continues to encourage the university to improve the quality of the administrative staff by providing internship opportunities on campuses that have a good reputation both domestic and international.

“Give them the opportunity to upgrade their ability in other places, both inside and outside the country, so when they return, they can bring positive things to this campus.” He explained.

He also added that soon, UIN Jakarta would implement a centralized monitoring program, both for the information infrastructure as well as correspondence system by utilizing the UIN Jakarta website.

“If there is a problem related to infrastructure and services on this campus, it can be delivered to a public complaint space on the website UIN Jakarta. As for the correspondence, UIN Jakarta already started trialing the online correspondence application system. Hopefully, our employees are able to adapt quickly.” He added. (mf/ika p/umar)
