FIDIKOM UIN Jakarta and iNewsTV Signed Cooperation Agreement

The Dean of Faculty of Da’wa and Communication Science UIN Jakarta Dr. Arief Subhan MA , the Director of iNewsTv Wijaya Kusuma Subroto signed the Cooperation Agreement in the main auditorium of UIN Jakarta, Wednesday, (9/28).

Main Auditorium, UIN News Online – The Faculty of Da’wa and Communication Science UIN Jakarta and iNewsTv (PT SUN Televisi Network) are agreed to cooperate in the development of the television broadcasting scientific field and student internships. The agreement is signed by the Dean of Faculty of Da’wa and Communication Science UIN Jakarta Dr. Arief Subhan MA , the Director of iNewsTv Wijaya Kusuma Subroto and the Vice Director of iNewsTv Arya Mahendra Sinulingga in the main auditorium of UIN Jakarta, Wednesday, (9/28).

In his remark, Arief appreciated iNewsTv who is willing to cooperate with FIDIKOM UIN Jakarta. He also hoped that the cooperation could develop the broadcasting knowledge for the students and alumni of FIDIKOM UIN Jakarta. “One of our study programs, Communication and Islamic Broadcasting, produce professionals who are ready to enter the media industry as the output.” He said.

On behalf the iNewsTv, Sinulingga also appreciated the cooperation. According to him, this collaboration is one of the efforts to produce professionals who are ready to compete in the media industry.

For information, INews TV (an abbreviation of Indonesia News TV, previously called SUN TV and SINDOtv) is a national terrestrial private television station in Indonesia. INews TV was founded by Media Nusantara Citra. INews TV broadcast time is 24 hours a day. iNews TV (Indonesia News TV) was first broadcast in 2007 when the name was SUN TV. At that point, the broadcast can not be captured by terrestrial and just can be watched via Indovision, OkeVision, and Top TV. During its development, SUN TV airing terrestrial as a local television after building several relay stations in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. (zm/ika p/umar)
