Faculty of Psychology, UIN News Online – The Faculty of Islamic Economics and Busines (FEBI) and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) from Sunan Ampel State Islamic University (UINSA) Surabaya conducting a comparative study visit to the Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta.
The UINSA delegations led by vice dean of FEBI and FISIP UINSA Dr. Iskandar Ritonga, M.Ag accompanied by Dr H Hammis Syafaq, M.Fil.I. are accepted by the dean of the faculty of psychology Prof Dr Abdul Mujib, M. Ag, Vice Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Abdul Rahman Shaleh., M.Psi, Vice Dean of General Administration Dr. Ikhwan Lutfi, M.Si, and Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation Dr. Diana Muthiah M.Si,The administration section head Faojah MA and the head of the laboratory of the faculty of psychology UIN Jakarta S. Evangeline Imelda Suaidy M. Si in the Main Courtroom of the Faculty of Psychology, Tuesday (9/20).
During the meeting, Iskandar explained that the purpose of their visit is to study the organizational governance system at the faculty of psychology UIN Jakarta. It is very important to increase the employee's responsibility and to improve the quality of employee's work life at the FEBI and FISIP UINSA Surabaya.
“We wanted to see how the condition and situation of the academic culture that integrates the science with Islamic knowledge, and the human resource development at the Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta.†He said.
In response, Mujib explained a few things related to the profile of The Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta and introduced the Psychological Service Center (PLP) as an external Institute laboratory of the faculty that has been trusted by some of the Ministries of Indonesia.
