52 Civil Servants From UIN Jakarta Will Participate in UPKP and Service Exam

Rectorate, UIN News Online – A total of 52 civil servants of UIN Jakarta are scheduled to attend the service exam and adjustment exam (UPKP) conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) Indonesia. The test will begin on July 25-August 2, 2017, located at the Hall of Al Hikmah Istiqlal Mosque, Taman Wijaya Kusuma, Central Jakarta.

This was conveyed by Head of Organization, Personnel and Legislation Division Suhendro Tri Anggono,S.Ag., M.Si when met by UIN News Online team in his office, Monday, (7/20).

Moreover, Hendro said that the exam participants consisted of 14 Grade I and Grade II service exam participants, 13 for UPKP Grade I, 6 for UPKP Grade II, and 19 for UPKP Grade III.

When he is asked about the exam materials, Suhendro said that the exam materials for Service test and UPKP were different.  The material for the service exam consists of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Government Policies, Korpri, Legislation in the field of Personnel, History of Indonesia, Bahasa Indonesia, Leadership Theory, Main Duties and Organizational Functions and Working Procedures of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Internal Politics development, Economics and Development, Development of Foreign Politics, Scientific Writing Seminars, and Interview technique.

While for UPKP exam, the material consists of General Knowledge, Indonesian Language, Government Policy, Technical Knowledge, Personality Test, Interest and Talent as well as Scientific Writing Seminar.

“I hope all participants can prepare themselves as much as possible so they can get maximum results. This test is very important as a medium in improving the quality of human resources to make UIN Jakarta even better,” said Hendro. (usa)
