14 Scientific Works of FSH UIN Jakarta Lecturers Managed to Obtain HKI Certificate

FSH, UIN News Online – A total of 14 Lecturers form the Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) UIN Jakarta received patent certificate issued by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) for their scientific paper works, Thursday, (7/6).

This is the achievement of FSH UIN Jakarta program every year that is to invent the best lecturers' works to be registered in DJKI Kemenkumham RI.

This program has been running for 2 years, starting in 2016. Previously, FSH UIN Jakarta only registered 4 works of lecturers, including books that is written by; Prof Dr Muhammad Amin Suma, SH, MA, MM, Prof Dr Fathurrahman Djamil, MA, Prof Dr Masykuri Abdillah, MA, dan Prof Dr Amany B. Lubis, MA.

In 2017, FSH UIN Jakarta submitted more more lecturers works to DKJI Kemenkumham RI for the issuance of intellectual property certificates. The lecturers' works are owned by Dr Euis Amalia M.Ag, Dr Ahmad Tholabi Kharlie, SH, MA, MA, Dr Yayan Sopyan, SH, MH, M.Ag, Dr Muhamad Maksum, SH, MA, MDC, Dr Khamami, SH, MA, MDC, Dr Rumadi, MA, Dr Abdul Halim, M.Ag, Dr. Nurul Irfan, M.Ag, Dr Ahmad Mukri Aji, MA, Dr Muhammad Asrorun Ni’am Sholeh, Lc, MA, Dr Fuad Thohari, MA, Dr Mujar Ibnu Syarif, SH, MA, dan Nur Rohim Yunus, LL.M, dan Indra Rahmatullah, SH.I, MH. Currently, FSH UIN Jakarta has owned 18 HKI certificates.

Dean of FSH UIN Jakarta Dr Asep Saepudin Jahar, MA Said that the achievement shows that the quality of lecturers in the FSH UIN Jakarta is not inferior to other major universities in this country. “It also helps FSH to boost the Faculty IKU’S achievement report, moreover, we would like to invite and facilitate lecturers who have not registered their work in DJKI Kemenkumham RI,” said Asep.
